- Analyze revenue performance, sales trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies aligned with business objectives
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting and insights to management
- Support pricing strategy development and evaluate promotional effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to optimize product mix, customer segmentation, and channel performance
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to drive revenue enhancing initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Build financial models and business cases to support strategic recommendations
- Track the performance of growth initiatives and recommend corrective actions when needed
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and revenue planning processes
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- 3 5+ years of experience in revenue management, commercial excellence, business analytics, sales operations, or related functions
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred
- Strong understanding of pricing, profitability, and revenue management principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Overview
- The Revenue Growth Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing initiatives that drive sustainable revenue growth across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of experience in revenue management, commercial excellence, business analytics, sales operations, or related functions.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is preferred.
- Strong understanding of pricing, profitability, and revenue management principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
