Pricing Executive role for a 3-month contract in Dubai, UAE.
Responsible for preparing accurate pricing and quotations, managing invoices, and ensuring compliance with company pricing policies.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate pricing and quotations using the in-house pricing system, client contracts, negotiated rates, and advanced Microsoft Excel, ensuring compliance with company pricing policies.
- Generate, review, and issue client invoices, validate pro forma invoices, and resolve invoice queries promptly to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Verify supplier pricing and invoices, investigate billing discrepancies, and negotiate disputed charges to ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms.
- Reconcile supplier costs against client billing to safeguard company margins and ensure all completed jobs are accurately invoiced and financially closed within month-end deadlines.
- Liaise with Sales, Reservations, Operations, suppliers, and clients to respond to pricing and invoicing requests while ensuring a high level of service and accuracy.
- Identify pricing errors, incorrect quotations, and process gaps, collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement corrective actions and improve pricing accuracy.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, process compliance, and continuous improvement while meeting deadlines and contributing to team objectives.
