We are looking for an experienced
Arabic-Speaking Non-Voice Customer Support Professional
to support customer queries through
live chat and email
.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via live chat and email professionally and within defined TAT.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems.
- Meet productivity, quality, response-time and CSAT targets.
- Follow SOPs, processes and data privacy guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for process improvement.
