Job Summary
The employer is seeking an IT Project Coordinator for a six-month contract.
The role supports planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery of IT projects while working with internal stakeholders and technical teams.
The position requires an understanding of IT operations, project coordination, follow-up, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track activities across multiple IT projects and maintain project plans, trackers, milestones, and deliverables.
- Follow up with stakeholders and technical teams and monitor delays, risks, dependencies, and pending actions.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain minutes of meetings, action trackers, project documentation, and status updates.
- Support Project Managers during planning, implementation, closure, and post-implementation activities.
- Follow up on post-go-live issues and support transition from implementation to business-as-usual IT operations.
- Assist with business continuity and minimal operational disruption during project implementation.
- Prepare project status reports, escalate risks and unresolved issues, and coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
