Pressing Operator- 3rd Shift

• Steady skill development and progression in machine operation capabilities

• 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machining or production processes
• Ability to follow written instructions and interpret basic production documents
• Comfortable using basic measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
• Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including nights or weekends if needed
