Maintenance Technician

• High equipment reliability and reduced unplanned downtime
• Safe, efficient completion of maintenance and repair activities
• Timely preventative maintenance completion and accurate documentation
• Strong collaboration with Production and Engineering teams
• Quality workmanship that supports long-term equipment performance
• Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

• Minimum of 1 year of industrial maintenance experience; electro-mechanical degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings
• Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and reporting
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Welding, fabrication, or machining experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative maintenance team
