About the Role

- Provide deep technical expertise across solution domains, products, and services while understanding customer business and technical environments.
- Design and present compelling, outcome based solutions aligned to customer needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution architectures.
- Lead the development of proposals, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and expectations.
- Build scalable, high value solutions balancing cost, scope, and performance.
- Deliver demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs), and solution configurations.
- Engage with customers at all levels, including senior stakeholders, to articulate solution value.
- Support account planning, pipeline development, and opportunity identification (upsell and cross sell).
- Participate in sales forecasting and help drive deals through the sales lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Mentor junior colleagues and share knowledge across the team.
Requirements
- 2 6 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on technical consulting and solution selling
- Proven experience in solution architecture, presales, or technical consulting roles
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and scalable solution design
- Experience designing and delivering demos, POCs, and technical presentations
- Advanced knowledge of cloud, SaaS/aaS models, and modern technology ecosystems
- Strong commercial awareness, including understanding of TCO, ROI, and financial models
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Degree in a technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant industry or technology certifications (desirable)
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (desirable)

- Ability to influence and engage technical and non technical audiences.
- Experience working with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.
Desirable

- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience working with partners and ecosystem solutions.
- Exposure to go to market strategies and account planning.
Education
- Degree in a technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Advanced degree preferred.
