- Lead and inspire a high performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Define and execute sales strategies aligned to company vision and growth objectives
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the sales organisation
- Continuously coach and mentor team members to drive performance excellence
- Lead major enterprise customer engagements, ensuring best in class customer experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (C level executives)
- Identify and create new business opportunities through strategic account engagement
- Drive a proactive, 'hunting' sales approach to expand pipeline and revenue
- Own end to end sales execution, from pipeline creation through to deal closure
- Develop and implement structured sales methodologies and account plans
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline visibility
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategy
Requirements
- 10–12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong track record of success
- 5+ years’ experience leading high performing sales teams
- Proven experience managing complex, multi million dollar deals
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to align sales activity with business goals
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives
- Strong commercial and financial acumen (pipeline, forecasting, ROI, P&L impact)
- Experience working within large, matrixed organisations
