About the Role
A leading UAE bank is seeking a Prepaid Card Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a new prepaid card and digital wallet. The role requires UAE/GCC experience in prepaid or digital payments product management and a proven track record in product launches.

Responsibilities
- Lead prepaid card launch: regulatory readiness, BIN setup, scheme onboarding, testing, and go live
- Define and deliver the customer value proposition (features, pricing, rewards, wallet integrations)
- Drive portfolio growth & profitability: monitor KPIs (activation, spend, churn, fraud) and optimize P&L
- Collaborate across technology, risk, finance, marketing, and external partners
- Continuously enhance the product based on customer insights and market trends
Requirements
- UAE/GCC experience in prepaid or digital payments product management
- Proven track record in end to end prepaid product launches
- Strong knowledge of card issuing, scheme compliance, and wallet integrations
- 6–8 years in product management, with at least 3 years in prepaid/digital payments in UAE/GCC
- Analytical, data driven, and excellent at stakeholder management
- Professional proficiency in English
- Immediate availability or ≤30 day notice period

About the Role

- You will own the end to end product lifecycle – from regulatory approvals and scheme onboarding to go live and portfolio optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead prepaid card launch: regulatory readiness, BIN setup, scheme onboarding, testing, and go live.
- Define and deliver the customer value proposition (features, pricing, rewards, wallet integrations – Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay).
- Drive portfolio growth & profitability: monitor KPIs (activation, spend, churn, fraud) and optimize P&L.

Requirements
- Mandatory: UAE/GCC experience in prepaid or digital payments product management.
- Proven track record in end to end prepaid product launches.
- Strong knowledge of card issuing, scheme compliance, and wallet integrations.
- 6–8 years in product management, with at least 3 years in prepaid/digital payments in UAE/GCC.
- Analytical, data driven, and excellent at stakeholder management.
- Professional proficiency in English.
