The Opportunity

  • The Director of Sales – AI & Telecom Solutions (ME Region) will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets by driving enterprise adoption of AI powered customer engagement and decision intelligence platforms.
  • This is a strategic role requiring deep expertise in AI/ML SaaS platforms, digital transformation initiatives, and consultative enterprise sales across telecom, BFSI, and adjacent industries.

Your Role

  • Own the end to end sales cycle for AI driven customer engagement and decision intelligence solutions, from lead generation to quota attainment.
  • Position AI product capabilities — predictive models, decisioning engines, real time personalization, and automation workflows — to solve critical business challenges.
  • Engage senior executives (CMO, Chief Digital Officer, Head of Analytics, Product Heads) with a value based, ROI driven narrative.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to assess customer data maturity, AI adoption roadmaps, and use case requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong domain knowledge of AI/ML applications in telecom, BFSI, and digital enterprises — including churn prediction, cross sell/upsell, next best action, and revenue acceleration.
  • Collaborate with product, pre sales, and data science teams to design customized AI led solutions.
  • Define and execute a winning regional sales strategy focused on AI transformation initiatives.
  • Prepare customer centric proposals, SaaS/subscription/outcome based commercial models, and business cases.
  • Lead presentations, demos, and proposal discussions with enterprise customers.
  • Build and maintain strong senior executive relationships within target accounts.
  • Leverage regional partners, system integrators, and consulting firms to accelerate opportunity development and deal closure.
  • Drive commercial and contract negotiations covering SaaS licensing, data usage, cloud deployment, and performance linked pricing.

You Have

  • MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institute.
  • Minimum 10 years of enterprise solution sales, with extensive experience in AI/ML SaaS, analytics platforms, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Strong background in selling to telecom operators and BFSI enterprises; exposure to customer engagement, marketing automation, and analytics platforms is highly desirable.
  • Proven success in front end, client facing roles at leading technology or AI solution companies.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML driven use cases for telecom, BFSI, and digital enterprises.
  • Knowledge of data platforms, analytics, and customer engagement systems (OSS/BSS, IN, CLM).
  • Ability to translate business needs into AI solution recommendations.

Location & Language

  • Based in Dubai.
  • Arabic and English proficiency preferred.
