The Role
Prep Help reports to the Site Superintendent and performs minor repairs in homes to prepare them for closing.
The work includes caulking, drywall patching, minor painting, finishing carpentry and construction duties, cleaning, and general assistance.
In This Role
- Repair minor deficiencies identified by the Site Superintendent.
- Prepare homes for closing.
- Perform caulking, drywall patching, minor painting, trim work, and other finishing carpentry tasks.
- Clean homes and assist other employees as required.
What You Bring
- Own basic hand tools and cordless tools.
- Have previous residential finishing-construction knowledge.
- Be able to complete minor drywall repairs, paint touch-ups, caulking, and general cleaning.
- Hold a valid G driver’s licence and provide your own vehicle.
- Have excellent communication skills and be self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Be organized with attention to detail and quality work.
Compensation
- The salary is 23 to 27 dollars per hour.
Work Location
- The listed work location is 600 Akamina Circle.
