Responsibilities
- Clean units under construction inside and outside.
- Remove excess garbage and maintain cleanliness.
- Perform drywall patching, paint touch-ups, and caulking.
- Perform intense physical labour daily.
What You Bring
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds.
- One year of construction experience is preferred.
Pay and Employment
- Pay is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.
