We are seeking a polished and driven **Premium Property Specialist** to represent Abu Dhabi’s most desirable communities and deliver a refined, advisory‑driven experience to discerning buyers and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and promote **premium‑grade properties** across Abu Dhabi’s top residential and investment communities
- Conduct tailored property tours, lifestyle‑focused presentations, and investment consultations
- Build and manage a portfolio of high‑intent buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
- Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and premium clients
- Ensure accurate CRM documentation and adherence to company sales processes
- Uphold high standards of service, communication, and brand representation
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales, ideally within the **premium or luxury segment**
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust with discerning clients and international investors
- Professional appearance, polished communication style, and strong business acumen
- Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, German, etc.) are an advantage
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s premium communities is preferred
