Responsibilities
- Manage premium property inquiries and conduct curated, high quality viewings
- Represent top off plan and ready properties across Abu Dhabi’s most desirable communities
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of high net worth clients and long term investors
- Deliver tailored investment consultations, lifestyle presentations, and market insights
- Advise clients on pricing, ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, and payment plans
- Negotiate high value transactions with precision, professionalism, and discretion
- Maintain CRM accuracy and uphold company sales processes
- Collaborate with developers, marketing teams, and management to maximize sales performance
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with exceptional etiquette and brand alignment
Requirements
- Proven experience in premium or luxury real estate, brokerage, or high value client facing roles
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills
- Ability to work confidently with discerning clients and high net worth individuals
- Professional appearance, polished communication style, and strong business acumen
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target driven
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s premium and luxury communities is preferred
