About the role
Lead the integration of complex healthcare datasets into insights that support clinical research and personalized treatment.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role focused on healthcare and genomic data for AI training.
The engagement is hourly with a commitment of 10–40 hours per week.
What you'll do
- Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines integrating genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare data.
- Lead analytics strategies for precision medicine initiatives and clinical decision support.
- Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams on data quality, regulatory alignment, and scientific rigor.
- Communicate results to research teams, technical leads, and other stakeholders.
- Uphold data governance standards across integration and analytics workflows.
- Evaluate and improve AI systems handling healthcare and genomic data at scale.
Who you are
- Experienced with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles.
- Skilled in data integration, data governance, and translating complex scientific data into meaningful insights.
- Comfortable working with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments.
