Role Overview
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role for an experienced healthcare data professional.
The role connects clinical analytics and business intelligence with AI development and healthcare data evaluation.
The engagement is hourly with a commitment of 10–40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a BI team building dashboards, reports, and analytics for clinical and operational decisions.
- Design, maintain, and optimize BI infrastructure, data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines.
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to identify trends and support high-stakes decisions.
- Translate complex healthcare datasets into trusted insights for care delivery and organizational efficiency.
- Align analytics outputs with clinical and business priorities through cross-functional collaboration.
- Evaluate and improve AI-generated healthcare data and analytics outputs.
Core Requirements
- Experience in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or health data management.
- Experience designing and managing end-to-end BI systems, dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models.
- Comfort working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments.
