- Under direct supervision, provides job design and post job analysis to clients.
- This is the entry level position for this discipline.
- Assignments are generally well defined with clear and specified objectives.

- Consults with Product Service Lines (PSLs) regarding equipment needs and specifications.
- Job tasks have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization.
