- Act as technical advisor for PPA specialist / IPP technical contracts scope during developer bid review and RFP/specification preparation
- Lead technical due diligence, verify compliance with project/off taker requirements, identify risks and deviations
- Prepare clarifications, support technical evaluation, and contribute to contract schedules and negotiation support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline
- 12+ years in IPP procurement, PPA technical schedules, owner’s engineer, utility/off taker advisory, or EPC contract management
- Understanding of IPP/PPA structure; technical schedules; capacity and availability obligations; performance guarantees; liquidated damages; testing and acceptance; dispatch obligations; fuel and water interface; off taker technical requirements
- Ability to read and comment on IPP/PPA/EPC technical schedules, guarantees, LD linked performance clauses, interface obligations, acceptance testing requirements, and developer deviations
- Professional registration, chartership, or OEM/utility/off taker experience is preferred

Job Description

Qualifications
