Role Summary
Oversee large, complex, and high-impact strategic programs.
Ensure timely, high-quality execution while maintaining regulatory compliance and governance standards.
Align company capabilities, solutions, and strategies with Qatar’s current and future IT priorities.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Work with executive leadership to formulate and implement strategic programs aligned with Qatar’s priorities.
- Develop strategic leadership capabilities within senior and top management.
- Oversee strategic projects for ministries and government authorities with focus on quality and execution.
- Maintain senior government relationships and implement corrective actions when required.
- Identify government service opportunities and prepare rapid-engagement delivery plans.
- Lead market and technology research supporting Qatar’s digital agenda.
- Build a dedicated talent pool for state-related strategic programs.
- Lead shareholder-value initiatives and report progress to senior leadership.
- Coordinate internal committees and Marketing to strengthen the company’s digital-partner brand.
- Support talent-development initiatives that build Qatari capabilities.
