Role Overview
Oversee end-to-end SDLC execution for Malomatia’s custom application development portfolio.
Manage software delivery teams and ensure quality across SDLC deliverables.
Collaborate with the Application Development and Management Practice Leader on quality, process improvement, and team capability.
Align application delivery with business objectives and client needs.
Experience Requirements
- 12+ years of progressively larger information technology management experience focused on application development or package implementation.
- At least 8 years of experience managing a Scrum project or team through all SDLC phases.
Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience delivering custom applications using Java and/or .NET.
- Experience with eServices development, integration technologies, APIs, and microservices.
- Understanding of Azure, GCP, or AWS and cloud-based services and deployment models.
- Knowledge of Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Experience implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices.
- Knowledge of software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
