Position Summary

Operations and Safety

• Supervise pool and beach operations and ensure the areas remain clean, organized, safe, and well-presented.
• Inspect facilities and equipment, including pools, beaches, loungers, umbrellas, cabanas, showers, and changing areas.
• Monitor water quality testing and records according to hotel and regulatory standards.
• Maintain lifeguard coverage and safety procedures during operating hours.
• Ensure safety, emergency, hygiene, and operating procedures are followed.
• Assist in emergency situations and coordinate with Security.

Guest Service

• Welcome guests and provide information about pool and beach facilities, services, and activities.
• Assist guests with loungers, towels, umbrellas, cabanas, and other requirements.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Team and Department Coordination

• Lead, motivate, train, and monitor Pool & Beach Attendants and Lifeguards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Recreation, and other departments.
• Conduct team briefings and communicate operational information to staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties where applicable.

Supplies, Records, and Reporting

• Maintain supplies of towels, amenities, cleaning materials, and operational equipment.
• Monitor departmental inventory and report shortages or damaged items.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, safety hazards, and other concerns.
• Maintain records of water testing, incidents, maintenance issues, lost and found items, and departmental activities.
• Ensure incidents and accidents are reported and documented according to hotel procedures.
