Duty Manager position based at Anantara Downtown Dubai.
Anantara Hotels & Resorts is a luxury hospitality brand focused on authentic guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of guest contact during duty periods.
- Monitor night arrivals and ensure requests are handled smoothly.
- Ensure reservations are honoured or resolved quickly.
- Handle VIP room inspections, arrivals, and departures.
- Resolve guest satisfaction issues and complete follow-up on time.
- Complete the night audit according to hotel standards and procedures.
- Submit housekeeping and cleaning requests as needed.
- Keep team members updated on hotel products, services, rates, room types, and facilities.
- Attend training sessions as required.
Requirements
- Provide 24-hour guest contact and support during assigned duty periods.
- Handle night arrivals, reservations, VIP inspections, arrivals, and departures smoothly.
- Complete the night audit according to hotel standards and procedures.
- Maintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, room types, rates, facilities, and outlets.
- Attend required training sessions.
