Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the swimming pool, pool deck, and surrounding recreational areas
- Set up and arrange sun loungers, umbrellas, towels, and other guest amenities
- Welcome guests and provide courteous assistance with pool related services
- Monitor the pool area to ensure compliance with resort policies and safety regulations
- Report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or damaged equipment promptly
- Ensure an adequate supply of clean towels and pool accessories throughout the day
- Assist with the opening and closing procedures of the pool facilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
- Work collaboratively with the Recreation, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security teams
- Adhere to all health, hygiene, and safety policies established by the resort
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or recreational facility is preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage

Job Summary
- Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a professional and customer focused Pool Attendant to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment for our guests.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the pool area, assisting guests with pool amenities, enforcing pool regulations, and delivering exceptional service.
