- Maintain hygiene records, reports, and corrective action plans
- Ensure proper waste management and pest control measures
- Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams to maintain cleanliness standards
- Handle health and safety documentation and inspections
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Hygiene Officer in the hotel industry (UAE or international)
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Relevant certification in Hygiene / Food Safety is an advantage
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and conduct audits
