Position Summary
The Pool Attendant/Concierge supports recreation activities and guest services at the property.
The role is in the Golf, Fitness, and Entertainment category and is a non-management position.
The position is full time at Shura Island, The Red Sea, Hanak, Saudi Arabia.
Guest and Recreation Services
- Provide information about pools, beaches, entertainment zones, game rooms, fitness centers, and child activity centers.
- Encourage, register, and schedule guests for recreation activities.
- Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere and explain facility safety rules.
- Observe recreation activity and respond according to local procedures during emergencies.
- Assist with private functions, group activities, and events.
- Identify unsafe participation situations and inform a supervisor or manager.
- Assist injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.
- Clean and maintain recreation facilities, equipment, and supplies.
Operations and Service Standards
- Provide cashier services and process payments for rentals, recreation activities, facility rentals, and retail sales.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
