Role Overview
The role is responsible for guest safety and well-being in swimming pool and beach areas in Abu Dhabi.
The successful candidate must be attentive, physically fit, confident in water rescue, and able to respond professionally to emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pool and beach areas and monitor users for risks or unsafe behavior.
- Respond to emergencies, accidents, and incidents and perform water rescues.
- Provide first aid or CPR when required.
- Maintain vigilance from designated lifeguard positions.
- Enforce pool and beach safety rules professionally and courteously.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain rescue and safety equipment.
- Report incidents, hazards, and maintenance issues to the relevant supervisor.
- Assist guests with safety-related queries and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Participate in emergency drills, training sessions, and safety briefings.
- Follow company policies, emergency procedures, and Abu Dhabi safety requirements.
Mandatory Qualifications and Requirements
- A valid ADQCC Lifeguard Certificate for both pool and beach lifeguarding is mandatory.
- Strong swimming and water-rescue skills are required.
- Physical fitness, good communication, and the ability to make quick emergency decisions are required.
- Previous lifeguard experience and valid First Aid and CPR certification are preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Candidates must be available to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,900 to AED 2,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
