Role overview
Guardforce Global Group is seeking an experienced and organised HR Coordinator for UAE and overseas recruitment and day-to-day HR activities.
The role reports to a Manager and is based at the Al Awir office in Dubai.
The position is full-time with salary stated as AED 4,000–5,000 per month depending on experience and performance.
Recruitment
- Meet recruitment targets and fill approved vacancies within agreed deadlines.
- Source and screen candidates, arrange interviews, prepare offers, and follow candidates until joining.
- Coordinate overseas recruitment with agencies, including selection, documentation, visa processing, travel, and onboarding.
- Monitor agency performance and follow up to ensure recruits arrive within agreed timelines.
HR administration and compliance
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, renewals, and cancellations accurately and on time.
- Coordinate visa and work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations with relevant teams.
- Maintain expiry trackers and complete requirements before deadlines to prevent avoidable fines, penalties, or company-file blocks.
- Escalate missing documents, delays, and compliance concerns to the Manager and follow through until resolved.
