Coaster Bus Driver – Manual Licence No. 6

Role Overview

Compensation

• Salary is AED 3,000 per month plus a AED 500 monthly vehicle care allowance.
• The total monthly package is AED 3,500.
• The vehicle care allowance is provided specifically for drivers who properly maintain the assigned vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Transport staff between accommodation, sites, and other required locations.
• Adapt to changing timings, routes, and operational requirements.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good condition.
• Perform daily checks of tyres, fluids, lights, and general vehicle condition.
• Report faults, damage, and maintenance requirements immediately.
• Drive carefully to minimize unnecessary wear and damage.
• Maintain a professional attitude with passengers, clients, and company staff.

Requirements

• A valid UAE Manual Driving Licence No. 6 for heavy buses is required.
• At least 2 years of Coaster driving experience is required.
• Coaster or similar passenger vehicle experience in the UAE is preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and a safe, responsible driving record are required.
• Flexibility with working hours, routes, and changing schedules is required.
• The driver must be comfortable spending significant time on the road and caring for the company vehicle.
• Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to support operations are required.
