Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a PMO Manager based in Makkah.
The PMO Manager will oversee program and project management activities, implement project portfolio management practices, and lead resource and process improvement initiatives.
The role requires strong leadership to align strategies and ensure successful project execution across the organization while managing timelines, budgets, and risks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Program Management and Project Management practices to oversee and deliver successful initiatives.
- Expertise in Project Portfolio Management and Resource Management to ensure strategic alignment and optimal deployment of resources.
- Experience in Business Process Improvement to drive efficiency and optimize workflows within the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making and risk management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in managing large-scale projects or within the Saudi job market is an advantage.
