  • We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead our Project Management Office and ensure the successful governance, planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • The successful candidate will establish project management standards, optimize portfolio performance, and provide leadership to project managers while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with extensive experience in project governance, portfolio management, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement within complex business environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure the successful delivery of strategic projects and programs.
  • Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, methodologies, policies, and best practices.
  • Oversee the organization's project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, resource allocation, and overall performance.
  • Establish project management standards, templates, and reporting processes.
  • Develop and monitor project KPIs, dashboards, and executive performance reports.
  • Identify project risks and dependencies and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Support project managers in planning, execution, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
  • Facilitate portfolio review meetings and provide recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Optimize project resource utilization and capacity planning across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and promote project management best practices.
