- Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure successful delivery of strategic projects and programs
- Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, methodologies, policies, and best practices
- Oversee the organization's project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, resource allocation, and overall performance
- Establish project management standards, templates, and reporting processes
- Develop and monitor project KPIs, dashboards, and executive performance reports
- Identify project risks and dependencies and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Support project managers in planning, execution, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication
- Facilitate portfolio review meetings and provide recommendations to executive leadership
- Optimize project resource utilization and capacity planning across departments
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and promote project management best practices
Requirements
- Extensive experience in project governance, portfolio management, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience leading a PMO and managing strategic projects
- Knowledge of project management standards, templates, and reporting processes
- Ability to develop and monitor project KPIs, dashboards, and executive reports
- Experience in risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
