Role Description
The PMO Director in the Makkah region will oversee strategic project and program management initiatives.
This full-time, on-site position, based in Jeddah, will involve leading the establishment and execution of program management best practices, managing multiple projects, allocating resources efficiently, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
The role demands regular coordination with stakeholders to maintain alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities while adhering to financial and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Program Management and Project Management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects and ensure their successful delivery.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight to manage resources effectively and meet organizational goals.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess project performance, resolve challenges, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Excellent Communication and leadership skills to collaborate with stakeholders and guide project teams effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in a PMO leadership role, preferably within large organizations or complex projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for project and program management methodologies.
