- The assignment is for 12 months.
- Employment is outsourced through Manpower Middle East.
Role overview
The role supports the Supply Chain workstream for a global Healthcare and MedTech client.
The position drives follow-up and closure of supply chain planning activities, system transaction cleanup, and reporting across the UAE, KSA, and broader MEA region.
Responsibilities
- Maintain PMO trackers for actions, tasks, milestones, risks, and issues.
- Follow up with Planning, Procurement, Inventory, IT, suppliers, and other stakeholders to close remediation activities.
- Support purchase-order cleanup, inventory reconciliation, and system transaction corrections across the MEA region.
- Produce recurring dashboards, reports, and executive summaries showing progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Maintain issue and risk logs, escalate critical matters, coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and track actions to closure.
- Work with IT teams and external vendors on system correction requests.
- Support audit readiness, evidence packs, runbooks, and project documentation.
