- Support the Project Management Office in coordinating day to day project activities
- Maintain project schedules, trackers, reports, and documentation
- Monitor project progress and follow up on action items with internal teams and vendors
- Coordinate communication across multiple departments to ensure timely project execution
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, status reports, and project updates
- Assist in managing project documentation, deliverables, and approvals
- Support onsite event operations by coordinating between workstreams during setup, live event days, and dismantling
- Ensure project records are accurate, organized, and up to date
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or project support role within the events, exhibitions, or live events industry
- Strong reporting, scheduling, documentation, and administrative coordination skills
- Experience supporting multiple project teams in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Available to work in Riyadh for the full 2 month project duration

Compensation
- Salary: SAR 4,000 – 5,000 per month
