Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for event layouts, exhibition stands, floor plans, temporary structures, and site plans
- Develop technical drawings, elevations, sections, construction details, and installation drawings
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and production teams to ensure drawings are accurate and buildable
- Revise drawings based on client feedback, venue requirements, and production needs
- Ensure all drawings comply with venue specifications, safety requirements, and project standards
- Support onsite teams during installation by providing technical documentation and revisions
- Maintain organized drawing files, revisions, and project documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting for events, exhibitions, fabrication, or related industries
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience preparing technical drawings, layouts, shop drawings, and production documents
- Strong understanding of exhibition build, fabrication, and installation processes
- Ability to interpret creative concepts and convert them into practical production drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Available to work in Riyadh for the full 2 month project duration

Job Overview
- Project Based | 2 Month Contract
- Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Contract Duration: 2 Months (Project Based)
- Salary: SAR 3,000 – 4,000 per month
- Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with experience in GCC event production, exhibitions, fabrication, or technical drafting environments are highly preferred.

- Provides end to end event solutions from concept development to onsite event management.
Key Responsibilities
