About the Role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for PMIS implementation, configuration, and administration to meet client and project requirements
- Lead development of integration scenarios between technologies such as PMIS and ERP or PMIS and specialist technology platforms using APIs and manage the integration program
- Learn new technologies the company adopts on various implementation projects
- Utilize programming skillsets in a technical role of maintaining applications
- Lead information gathering sessions with clients, analyze information and prioritize requirements to understand business needs
- Perform data extraction from PMIS systems and build data models in Power BI layer to allow visualizations for data analysis
- Prepare technical documentation and deliver technical training programs to Client IT teams during knowledge transfer phase
- Coordinate and review solutions designs with key stakeholders
- Day to day software operation support for internal and external business partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer application, IT, or relevant engineering field
- Minimum 5 7 years of related work experience on IT implementation projects handling integration and programming, PMIS implementation
- Experience implementing/administering industry leading PMIS solutions like PM Web or Unifier
- Proficiency in Advanced Query Based Reporting with SSRS and understanding of Business Analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI with ability to write DAX Queries
- Technical expertise using REST APIs
- Build integration programs using programming languages such as Java, .NET
- Knowledge and experience with project management and construction management environments
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with client facing roles is a bonus

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a PMIS Technical Specialist to join the team in EMEA.
- The role involves contributing expertise in implementation of project management information systems on large client programs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responsible for PMIS implementation, configuration, and administration to meet client and project requirements.
- Lead development of integration scenarios between technologies such as PMIS and ERP or PMIS and specialist technology platforms using APIs and manage the integration program.
