- Develop and implement project procurement strategies aligned with ADNOC guidelines
- Prepare Procurement Plans, Vendor Lists, and long lead item strategies
- Identify procurement risks and mitigation plans
- Support early engagement for critical and long lead equipment
- Manage prequalification of vendors in line with ADNOC approved vendor lists
- Oversee preparation of ITTs, RFQs, and bid evaluation reports
- Lead technical and commercial bid clarifications
- Participate in contract negotiations and award recommendations
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC Group Procurement Policies and ICV requirements
- Monitor EPC contractor procurement performance
- Ensure adherence to approved vendor lists and project specifications
- Manage supplier performance, expediting, and delivery schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 20+ years experience within the oil & gas sector
- Minimum 10 years in Procurement Management
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC procurement systems (SAP, ARIBA preferred)
- Strong contract negotiation skills
- Familiarity with ICV compliance requirements
- Risk assessment and supply chain management
- Commercial and contractual awareness (FIDIC knowledge preferred)

Job Objective
- To lead all procurement activities within the PMC team for ADNOC projects, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, project timelines, budget constraints, and contractual requirements.

- Monitor EPC contractor procurement performance
- Ensure adherence to approved vendor lists and project specifications

Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum Twenty 20+ years’ experience within the oil & gas sector, with a minimum of 10 (ten) years in Procurement Management
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC procurement systems (SAP, ARIBA preferred)
- Strong contract negotiation skills
- Familiarity with ICV compliance requirements
- Risk assessment and supply chain management
- Commercial and contractual awareness (FIDIC knowledge preferred)
