Job Objective

  • To lead all procurement activities within the PMC team for ADNOC projects, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, project timelines, budget constraints, and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project procurement strategies aligned with ADNOC guidelines
  • Prepare Procurement Plans, Vendor Lists, and long lead item strategies
  • Identify procurement risks and mitigation plans
  • Support early engagement for critical and long lead equipment
  • Manage prequalification of vendors in line with ADNOC approved vendor lists (AVL)
  • Oversee preparation of ITTs, RFQs, and bid evaluation reports
  • Lead technical and commercial bid clarifications
  • Participate in contract negotiations and award recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC Group Procurement Policies and ICV requirements
  • Monitor EPC contractor procurement performance
  • Ensure adherence to approved vendor lists and project specifications
  • Manage supplier performance, expediting, and delivery schedules

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Minimum Twenty 20+ years’ experience within the oil & gas sector, with a minimum of 10 (ten) years in Procurement Management
  • Strong knowledge of ADNOC procurement systems (SAP, ARIBA preferred)
  • Strong contract negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with ICV compliance requirements
  • Risk assessment and supply chain management
  • Commercial and contractual awareness (FIDIC knowledge preferred)
