Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in all Civil and Structural design
- Ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards
- Coordinate, monitor and handle Civil and Structural Engineering design and engineering with EPC Contractor
- Work with other discipline engineers within IPMT, EPC Contractor, ADNOC Engineering/Operation/Site Interface to resolve technical issues
- Perform regular and timely technical reviews of Civil and Structural Engineering deliverables
- Ensure integration of overall Civil and Structural Engineering
- Review and approval of Engineering Consultant's and EPC Contractor’s work
- Participate in layout reviews, Model review, design reviews, and technical workshops
- Provide technical assistance during installation, pre commissioning & commissioning
- Report to ADNOC Discipline Team Leader, Engineering Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent technical team and interpersonal skills
- Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards
- Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software
- Ability to make independent decisions in planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in all Civil and Structural design.
- Ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards.
- Coordinate, Monitor and handle Civil and Structural Engineering design and engineering with EPC Contractor as per project expectation and complete the same within the time frame.
- Work with other discipline engineers within IPMT, EPC Contractor, ADNOC Engineering / Operation / Site Interface to resolve technical issues and ensure quality Discipline Engineering execution and integrity etc.
- Perform regular and timely technical reviews of Civil and Structural Engineering deliverables developed by engineering consultants/contractors, ensuring design quality in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure integration of overall Civil and Structural Engineering. Overall coordination within IPMT Mechanical Civil and Structural Engineering Team.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of Engineering Consultant’s & EPC Contractor’s Civil and Structural Engineering design activities.
- Review and approval of Engineering Consultant's and EPC Contractor’s work and ensure compliance with ADNOC project specifications, relevant codes and standards, and best industry practices.
- Coordinate the required engineering participation in the development and analysis of various design options and business models.
- Participate in teams for equipment sizing / equipment selection considering optimization and standardization.
- Ensure that the facilities are designed in accordance with the latest corporate guidelines with respect to environment and health aspects.
- Participate in layout reviews, Model review, design reviews, and technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry.
