Role Overview

  • Exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Senior Project Control Manager with a proven track record in ensuring products, processes, and systems meet quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for a high profile client.

Business Services

  • Establish, implement and ensure compliance with procedures for Project Services & Controls.
  • Proactively lead and direct the work of the IPMT Business Team.
  • Direct all project activities related to preparation of annual Business Plan and budget.
  • Serve as focal point for general project assessments, evaluation and performance.
  • Direct preparation of management and project reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and presentations.
  • Maintain close liaison with project management team.
  • Guide development and implementation of project procedures and systems.
  • Conduct briefing sessions for project team members.
  • Lead risk management process and ensure risk register is up to date.

EPC Contractor

  • Ensure EPC contractor's activities with respect to project cost, schedule, contract, procurement, and information management are managed per guidelines.
  • Ensure EPC contractor's organization is fully aware of and accepts guidance offered.

Cost, Schedule, and Controls

  • Finalize cost and schedule estimate confidence package.
  • Provide cost and schedule information to support decisions.
  • Provide advice on cost and schedule impact of changes.
  • Monitor and coordinate reporting of cost and schedule impact of changes.
  • Direct and monitor all financial reporting including accrual reports, cash calls.
  • Direct preparation of Fixed Asset Registers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with demonstrated written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good supervisory skills.
  • Minimum of 25 years including offshore experience.
  • Worldwide experience with Contractors and Vendors, particularly in module and onshore facility construction.
