About the Role

- Develop, baseline, update, and maintain detailed project schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
- Coordinate with client representatives, team members, contractors, and subcontractors to align schedules
- Prepare weekly, fortnightly, and monthly progress reports and progress curves
- Analyze impact of proposed changes and re baseline schedules to incorporate approved changes
- Provide forecasts for project completion with anticipated man hours to facilitate cost forecasting
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years relevant experience in the oil and gas industry
- Bachelor degree in engineering
- Knowledge of engineering, procurement and construction planning processes
- Experience with multi national and multi cultural project teams
- Experience in EPC Projects, ADNOC Projects
- Familiar with ADNOC Standards and procedures

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Project Controls Lead / Project Lead, assume sole responsibility for Project Planning and Scheduling / Project Controls of Engineering and construction Projects
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and report against them
- Ensure overall project delivery meets client’s schedule requirements and priorities
- Develop a suitable Work Breakdown Structure covering project requirements
- Develop, baseline, update, and maintain detailed project schedules for design, construction, pre commissioning, and start up
- Coordinate with client representatives, team members, contractors, and subcontractors
- Organise workshops to present and review project schedules with stakeholders
- Develop and agree progress measurement and reporting requirements with client
- Review schedules prepared by Contractors/Subcontractors for alignment with master plan
- Periodically update schedule with progress attained
- Identify schedule slippages and work with Project Manager to develop recovery plans
- Analyse impact of proposed changes and re baseline schedules
Skills And Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years relevant experience in the oil and gas industry
- Bachelor degree in engineering
- Knowledge of engineering, procurement and construction planning processes, planning tools, project management techniques
- Knowledge of CTR and progress measurement processes
- Experience of working with multi national and multi cultural project teams is strongly preferred
- Experience in EPC Projects, ADNOC Projects
- Familiar with ADNOC Standards and procedures
