Responsibilities
- Establish and ensure compliance with procedures for Project Services & Controls
- Lead and direct the work of the IPMT Business Team
- Direct preparation of annual Business Plan and budget
- Serve as focal point for project assessments and performance
- Direct preparation of management and project reports
- Lead risk management process for the project team
- Ensure EPC contractor activities are managed per guidelines
- Finalize project cost and schedule estimate confidence package
- Monitor and coordinate reporting of cost and schedule impact of changes
- Direct all financial reporting for the project

Responsibilities
- Establish, implement and ensure compliance with procedures and processes for Project Services & Controls.
- Proactively leads and directs the work of the IPMT Business Team.
- Directs all project activities related to the preparation of the annual Business Plan and related budget.
- Serve as the focal point for general project assessments, evaluation and performance.
- Directs the preparation of management and project reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and presentations.
- Maintain close liaison with appropriate members of the project management team.
- Guide the development and implementation of project procedures and systems.
- Conduct briefing sessions for project team members with respect to project services requirements.
- Lead the risk management process for the project team.
- Ensure that the EPC contractor's activities are managed per guidelines.
- Finalize the project cost and schedule estimate confidence package.
- Provide pointed cost and schedule information to support decisions.
