About the Role
Wood seeks an experienced PMC Senior Estimation Engineer for ADNOC in Abu Dhabi. You will lead cost estimation for complex oil and gas projects, develop and validate capital cost estimates, and maintain cost control integrity.

Responsibilities
- Develop, issue and maintain Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)
- Liaise with other Project Controls disciplines to develop project budgets in accordance with Basis of Estimate
- Liaise with procurement, finance and time capture functions for accurate cost capture
- Ensure costs are allocated accurately per approved project WBS
- Monitor and control cost commitments and expenditures through all project phases
- Prepare and provide project cost performance reports
- Prepare and issue updates to project cost forecasts
- Monitor and report on cost impact of project manpower forecasts
- Develop and issue project change orders / variations
- Coordinate project cost close out process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 15 years of progressive industry experience
- At least 5 years in project control positions
- Experience with project planning software (MS Project / Primavera)
- Excellent Excel skills
- Knowledge of earned value and progress monitoring techniques
- Knowledge of risk management processes
- Well versed with Cost Estimation Process & tools
- Experience in Mega Oil and Gas EPC Projects
- ADNOC PMC/client experience is preferable
- Cost Control & invoicing experience
- Experience with SAP System

Job Description
- Exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Senior Estimation Engineer for ADNOC in Abu Dhabi with a proven track record in overseeing design, operation, and maintaining rotating equipment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, issue and maintain Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) for specific scopes.
- Liaise with other Project Controls disciplines and functions to develop project budgets.
- Liaise with procurement, finance and time capture functions for accurate cost capture.
- Ensure costs are allocated accurately per approved project WBS.
- Monitor and control cost commitments and expenditures through all phases of project lifecycle.
