About the Role
Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Senior Contracts and Procurement Engineer for ADNOC projects in Abu Dhabi. You will lead contract and procurement activities, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and project timelines.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project procurement strategies aligned with ADNOC guidelines.
- Prepare Procurement Plans, Vendor Lists, and long lead item strategies.
- Identify procurement risks and mitigation plans.
- Support early engagement for critical and long lead equipment.
- Manage prequalification of vendors in line with ADNOC approved vendor lists (AVL).
- Oversee preparation of ITTs, RFQs, and bid evaluation reports.
- Lead technical and commercial bid clarifications.
- Participate in contract negotiations and award recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC Group Procurement Policies and ICV requirements.
- Monitor EPC contractor procurement performance.
- Resolve procurement related disputes and claims.
- Provide procurement status reports to ADNOC and project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 15+ years’ experience within the oil & gas sector
- Minimum 10 years in Contracts and Procurement Management
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC procurement systems (SAP, ARIBA preferred)
- Strong contract negotiation skills
- Familiarity with ICV compliance requirements
- Commercial and contractual awareness (FIDIC knowledge preferred)

The Role

Job Objective
- Lead all contract and procurement activities within the PMC team for ADNOC projects.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project timelines, budget constraints, and contractual requirements.
- Develop and implement project procurement strategies aligned with ADNOC guidelines.
- Prepare Procurement Plans, Vendor Lists, and long lead item strategies.
- Identify procurement risks and mitigation plans.
- Support early engagement for critical and long lead equipment.

Skills And Qualifications
