Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in all Process design
- Ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards
- Coordinate, monitor and handle Process design and engineering with EPC Contractor
- Perform regular and timely technical reviews of Process Engineering deliverables
- Ensure integration of overall Process Engineering and coordinate within IPMT Process Engineering Team
- Review and approval of Engineering Consultant's and EPC Contractor's work
- Participate in layout reviews, model review, design reviews, and technical workshops
- Provide technical assistance during installation, pre commissioning and commissioning
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent technical team and interpersonal skills
- Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards
- Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software
- Ability to make independent decisions in planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems

The Role
- Exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Process Engineer with a proven track record in overseeing the process engineering team.
- Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to industry standards in project design and execution for a high profile client.
Job Objective
- Provide technical expertise in all Process design.
- Ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards.
- Coordinate, Monitor and handle Process design and engineering with EPC Contractor as per project expectation.
- Work with other discipline engineers within IPMT, EPC Contractor, ADNOC Engineering / Operation / Site Interface to resolve technical issues.
- Perform regular and timely technical reviews of Process Engineering deliverables.
- Ensure integration of overall Process Engineering and overall coordination within IPMT Process Engineering Team.
- Review and approval of Engineering Consultant's and EPC Contractor's work.
- Coordinate the required engineering participation in development and analysis of various design options.
- Participate in teams for equipment sizing / equipment selection considering optimization and standardization.
- Ensure facilities are designed in accordance with corporate guidelines for environment and health.
- Participate in layout reviews, Model review, design reviews, and technical workshops.
- Provide technical assistance during installation, pre commissioning and commissioning.
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry.
