Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in all Civil and Structural design.
- Ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards.
- Coordinate, monitor and handle Civil and Structural Engineering design and engineering with EPC Contractor.
- Perform regular and timely technical reviews of Civil and Structural Engineering deliverables.
- Participate in layout reviews, model review, design reviews, and technical workshops.
- Provide technical assistance during installation, pre commissioning & commissioning.
- Report to ADNOC Discipline Team Leader, Engineering Manager, and provide support to Project Managers.
- Interface with Contractor’s Engineering and Project Management team and discipline engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent technical team and interpersonal skills.
- Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.
- Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software.
- Ability to make independent decisions in planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems.

Job Description
- Wood is currently recruiting for PMC Lead Structural Engineer role to support our ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- Due to the nature of the projects and client expectation, the position will be based at our client office in Abu Dhabi.
