- Manage or support the application of quality principles, systems and measures and the quality management system across a program or project
- Support measures that ensure predictable delivery and continuous improvement using performance data to make factually based decisions
- Engage and present program/project leaders with information and data to enable preventive interventions
- Support the management of all aspects of Quality across the breadth of their respective organization and the services we provide
- Identify and regularly engage with key stakeholders to promote quality management and gather feedback on performance
- Support the effective planning and allocation of resources (including people and budgets) enabling delivery of agreed objectives and deliverables
- Implement the Wood Business Management System (BMS) across their organization ensuring that its application is effective and that compliance with the system is routinely monitored, assessed and improved as necessary
- Ensure consistent and effective implementation of Quality supporting systems across their organization (e.g., NCR, Progressive learning and Customer satisfaction systems)
- Support tenders and proposal activities for their organization
- Plan and execute risk based assurance plans including the escalation of significant findings to program/project leaders
- Monitor and analyze delivery performance data, regularly report themes and trends to senior leaders and undertake intervention as required
- Gather and act upon customer feedback ensuring action is taken to maintain and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent in Quality management, project management or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years at least 10 years in oil & gas (Offshore experience)
- Lead Auditor qualification by recognized industry body
- Membership of CQI/ASQ Quality organizations, Project Management Institute or equivalent (desirable)
- Experience in the middle east is preferred
- Be a team player where recognition of team performance as a whole is a greater priority than projecting individual contribution
- Be able to work in a team environment and handle multiple project responsibilities
- Assuring that work and project promises are successfully delivered and appropriate reviews have been conducted

The Role
- This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Lead Quality Engineer with a proven track record in ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet quality standards through planning, inspection, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives for a high profile client.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Manages or supports the application of quality principles, systems and measures and the quality management system across a program or project.
- Supporting measures that ensure predictable delivery and continuous improvement using performance data to make factually based decisions.
- Engaging and presenting program/project leaders with information and data to enable preventive interventions.
- Supporting the management of all aspects of Quality across the breadth of their respective organization and the services we provide.
