Responsibilities
- Provide complete technical support on project management matters related to the Project.
- Develop EPC Scope of Work and support EPC tendering activities.
- Prepare gate deliverables in accordance with ADNOC Value Assurance Process (VAP).
- Work in close co ordination with Project Manager for supervision of the Integrated Project Management Team.
- Report regularly to the Project Manager on project status, critical issues and areas of concern.
- Ensure project compliance with HSE requirements and meet HSE performance targets.
- Manage the Project Engineering team comprising of Project Engineers.
- Steward the activities of Contractor in liaison with the Project Engineers.
- Monitor Contractor efforts in managing interfaces with other EPC Contractors, ADNOC Groups/Departments.
- Contribute to development and definition of project execution strategies, scope of work, schedule and budgetary cost estimates.
- Monitor Project Team activities to ensure contractor critical subcontracts are awarded and executed according to project schedule, quality and cost.
- Provide support on Contract Administration duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent technical team and interpersonal skills
- Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards
- Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software
- Ability to make independent decisions in planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems

Job Objective
- Provide complete technical support on project management matters related to the Project and ensure that they are meeting the Project HSE, quality, schedule and cost objectives.
- Scope covers all activities related to this portion of the Project from Contract award through engineering, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and handover to Operations at Site.
Responsibilities

- Responsible for delivery of all systems from design to handover meeting all Project objectives.
