Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all process engineering activities on behalf of the PMC for ADNOC projects
- Ensure integration of overall Process Engineering and coordinate within IPMT Process Engineering Team
- Review and approve Engineering Consultant's and EPC Contractor's work for compliance with ADNOC project specifications, codes, standards, and best practices
- Coordinate engineering participation in development and analysis of design options and business models
- Participate in teams for equipment sizing/selection considering optimization and standardization
- Ensure facilities are designed in accordance with corporate guidelines for environment and health aspects
- Participate in layout reviews, model reviews, design reviews, and technical workshops
- Provide technical assistance and coordination with other discipline engineers
- Coordinate technical reviews, bid evaluation, and performance evaluation
- Provide technical assistance during installation, pre commissioning and commissioning
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent technical team and interpersonal skills
- Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards
- Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software
- Ability to make independent decisions in planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems

Job Objective
- To lead and manage all process engineering activities on behalf of the PMC for ADNOC projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of process design and engineering in alignment with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and international best practices.
- The role is responsible for providing technical leadership, overseeing EPC contractor deliverables, ensuring design integrity, optimizing process performance, and supporting successful project execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
Responsibilities
- Ensure integration of overall Process Engineering and coordinate within IPMT Process Engineering Team
- Ensure quality and accuracy of Engineering Consultant’s & EPC Contractor’s Process Engineering design activities
- Review and approval of Engineering Consultant's and EPC Contractor’s work for compliance with ADNOC project specifications, relevant codes and standards, and best industry practices
- Coordinate required engineering participation in development and analysis of various design options and business models
- Participate in teams for equipment sizing/selection considering optimization and standardization
- Ensure facilities are designed in accordance with latest corporate guidelines for environment and health aspects
- Ensure full utilization of existing facilities while optimizing facilities required for new projects
- Participate in layout reviews, model reviews, design reviews, and technical workshops
- Provide technical assistance and coordination with other discipline engineers
- Coordinate technical reviews, bid evaluation, and performance evaluation
- Provide technical assistance during installation, pre commissioning & commissioning
- Report to ADNOC Discipline Team Leader, Engineering Manager, and support Project Managers and Engineers
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent technical team and interpersonal skills
- Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards
- Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software
