Job Objective

  • To lead and manage all process engineering activities on behalf of the PMC for ADNOC projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of process design and engineering in alignment with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and international best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure integration of overall Process Engineering and coordination within IPMT Process Engineering Team
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of Engineering Consultant’s & EPC Contractor’s Process Engineering design activities
  • Review and approval of Engineering Consultant's and EPC Contractor’s work
  • Coordinate engineering participation in design options and business models
  • Participate in teams for equipment sizing/selection
  • Ensure facilities designed per corporate guidelines on environment and health
  • Ensure full utilization of existing facilities
  • Participate in layout reviews, Model review, design reviews, and technical workshops
  • Provide technical assistance and coordination with other discipline engineers
  • Coordinate technical reviews and bid evaluation
  • Provide technical assistance during installation, pre commissioning & commissioning
  • Report to ADNOC Discipline Team Leader, Engineering Manager

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent technical team and interpersonal skills
  • Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards
  • Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software
  • Ability to make independent decisions in planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems
