Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated project schedules (L1 L4) using Primavera P6
- Establish and maintain project baselines, WBS, and coding structures
- Monitor schedule performance, identify delays, and implement recovery plans
- Conduct schedule risk analysis and propose mitigation strategies
- Prepare, control, and monitor project budgets and cost forecasts
- Track actual vs. planned costs and analyze variances
- Develop cash flow projections and cost reports
- Maintain cost control systems in line with ADNOC requirements
- Implement progress measurement systems across all project phases
- Validate contractor progress and ensure accurate reporting
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Lead and mentor planning and cost control team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or equivalent)
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent technical team and interpersonal skills
- Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards
- Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software
- Ability to make independent decisions in planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems

Job Overview
- Wood's Oil, Gas & New Energies business delivers large and complex projects for energy companies globally.
- We are seeking a PMC Lead Planning and Cost Control Engineer for ADNOC offshore projects in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
