Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage integrated project schedules (L1–L4) using Primavera P6.
  • Establish and maintain project baselines, WBS, and coding structures.
  • Monitor schedule performance, identify delays, and implement recovery plans.
  • Conduct schedule risk analysis and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare, control, and monitor project budgets and cost forecasts.
  • Track actual vs. planned costs and analyze variances.
  • Develop cash flow projections and cost reports.
  • Maintain cost control systems in line with ADNOC requirements.
  • Implement progress measurement systems across all project phases.
  • Validate contractor progress and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Highlight deviations, risks, and critical issues to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or equivalent discipline).
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent technical team and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.
  • Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software.
  • Ability to make independent decisions in planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems.
